Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your purchase and use of the ChopperFX Pro Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5. By purchasing or using the software you agree to them in full.

1. The software

ChopperFX Pro is a software tool (an Expert Advisor) that runs inside the MetaTrader 5 platform and executes a programmed trading strategy according to the settings you choose. It is not a managed account, an investment product, or financial advice.

2. Licence granted

On successful payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licence to use ChopperFX Pro. The licence has no expiry date.

  • You may install and use the software on the trading accounts covered by your licence.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish, decompile, or redistribute the software or your licence key.
  • Licence keys are issued per customer and may be suspended or revoked if they are shared or misused.

3. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in South African rand and US dollars and are charged as a one-time payment. Because licence keys and software downloads are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, payments are non-refundable once a licence has been activated.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, the associated licence may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your broker account, your capital, your chosen risk settings, and for monitoring the software while it is running. You confirm that you are legally permitted to trade Forex in your country of residence.

5. No performance guarantee

No representation is made that using ChopperFX Pro will be profitable or will avoid losses. Trading results depend on market conditions, broker execution, spreads, slippage, account size, and the settings you apply.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChopperFX Pro and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker or platform outages, internet or power interruptions, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.

7. Support and updates

Customer support is provided by email for installation, configuration, and licence questions. Support does not include trading advice or the management of your account.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your use of the software.
