• Order details: your full name, email address and country.
• Account details: your email address and encrypted password, handled by our authentication provider.
• Licence records: your licence key, licence type, purchase date and activation status.
• Messages and reviews you choose to send us, including your name and email address.

2. Card and payment data

We do not collect, see, or store card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials. Payments are processed by an external payment provider, and we only receive a payment status and a reference for your order.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used to:

• Create and manage your order, licence and customer account.
• Deliver the software, installation instructions and licence key.
• Answer support requests and publish reviews you submit, once approved.
• Meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers required to run the business — our hosting, database, authentication and payment providers — and only to the extent they need it.

5. Storage and security

Records are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Order, licence and message records are not readable from the public website; they are accessible only to trusted server processes and authorised administrators.

6. Retention

Order and licence records are kept for as long as your licence is valid and for as long as we are legally required to keep transaction records. Support messages are kept until they are resolved and no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Contact us using the details on the contact section of the website.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in to your customer account and to remember basic display preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
